You Don’t Need A Menu of Services.

You Need to Reach Your Business Goals.

Think about this…

You’re not here just to figure out how to get more exposure or leads (which so many wedding industry services promise), you want to book more weddings and have joy in your business. That’s the real outcome.

Or, if you have a pretty full calendar of bookings, you are either here because you want more (likely with the desire to spend less on advertising), or your life is crazy. You thought you built your business to scale, but the more bookings you get, the more cracks you see.

You want to figure out how to earn more income, create more impact on the world, find more time for yourself and your family, and serve clients exceptionally well.

Isn’t that what everyone wants? To build their dream business, make more money, be in control of their destiny, and have fun doing it?

I’ve built this kind of business for myself, and my coaching clients have too. See some of their wins here.

That’s Why I Don’t Offer Services

When I visit consultant or marketing company websites it drives me NUTS to see an a-la-carte menu of services. That’s not what venue owners need. (Ps - I’m not an industry guru or a marketing company - I’m a venue owner myself.)

You don’t need flavor of the month tactics that you choose from based on your budget and what you think you need. You need step-by-step proven strategies that get you to the outcome.

You also don’t need a guru or web developer to ask you what you like and what you want. You’re not your ideal client. What you like and what you want isn’t relevant if you want to create a wildly successful venue.

So How Do I Support Venue Owners?

It’s simple.

For the venue owners I choose to work with, I teach the step-by-step strategies I’ve been testing in my own venue for the last 6 years. We’re not talking about information - we are talking about transforming your business to achieve the real outcomes that you want - joy, freedom, and income.

So when is it the right time to connect with our team? Here are just a few examples:

  • You’re ready to book more weddings, you're just not 100% sure how to

  • You want your business to be able to successfully operate without you there

  • You don’t have a website or know yours isn’t producing significant, measurable results

  • You want to build a team

  • You feel like you're doing really well, but want to be the best in your market

  • You want to start attracting your ideal couples

  • You’re booking less than 80% of your tours

These are simply examples. I could list dozens more. It only takes one to be a reason to get on our calendar. Please note these calendar spots are not for prospective venue owners still working on their business plan.

We’ll dive into your business and uncover what you need to achieve your dreams of sustainable joy, freedom, and profitability. There is no presentation - it’s a get down to business conversation about your business.

Out of respect for both of our time please ensure that you choose a time that all venue owners are available to join.

 Is Working With You Expensive?

No. It’s designed to be a necessity in your venue, not a luxury.

What is expensive is missing out on your life because you’re so busy trying to figure out how to build a wildly successful venue on your own. And I bet you didn’t start this business just to be “busy being busy.”

If you are PAST THE PERMITTING AND FUNDING stage there is no cost to booking a call on our team calendar. We are genuinely a good people with a servant’s heart. The purpose of the call is to serve you.

Here’s what is wildly expensive…

What is your Saturday rental fee?

Every couple who books another venue instead of booking you is costing you that much money.

Let that sink in.

How much revenue have you missed just in the last 3 months? How much will you miss in the next 6 months?

Missed revenue is the single most expensive cost in this business.

So, is coaching expensive? Absolutely not.

For the venue owners we’ve chosen to invite in to learn my step-by-step process to attracting your ideal couples, booking faster, and scaling your business so you don’t work 80 hours a week - it’s been an easy decision.

You can find some kind words from a few of those special venue owners here.

But it’s not right for everyone, and when you book a call on my calendar we will be 100% honest if it’s not the right fit based on where you’re at in your business and your business goals. Either way, we’ll dive into your business, you’ll get clarity on what’s standing in your way, and we’ll part ways friends.

Please note our calendar is limited and calendar spots are for those people past the point about dreaming about getting into this business. You are either open, building your venue, or past the zoning and permitting phase and 100% committed to opening a venue.
